2.1 To register and use the n1jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

2.3 It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that their use of the n1jl platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. n1jl makes no warranty that the Services are accessible or legally permissible in any jurisdiction outside the intended service area. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk.
2.4 n1jl reserves the right to decline registration or to restrict or close accounts of individuals who are determined to be ineligible under this section, at the sole discretion of n1jl.
3.1 Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the n1jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances and pending withdrawals.
3.2 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, mobile number or email address, and any other information n1jl may request for identity verification purposes. You agree to update your information promptly if any registered detail changes.
3.3 n1jl may, at any time, request documentation from a User to verify their identity, age, address, or the source of funds used on the platform. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure and the suspension of pending withdrawal requests.
3.4 n1jl accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your n1jl account, account credentials, or any related rights to any third party.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n1jl login credentials, including your password and any one-time authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify n1jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. n1jl may be contacted via the live chat or email support channels available in your account.
4.3 n1jl will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, is your responsibility unless you have notified n1jl of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
4.4 n1jl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Using public or shared Wi-Fi networks when logging into your n1jl account is discouraged. n1jl will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat.
5.1 n1jl accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods and minimum amounts are subject to change at n1jl's discretion.
5.2 All deposits to your n1jl wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. n1jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a source not registered to the account holder may be refunded and may trigger an account review.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your n1jl wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. n1jl does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. n1jl is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.
5.4 n1jl operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All account balances, wagers, and transactions are denominated in PHP.
5.5 n1jl implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with applicable Philippine law. Unusual deposit patterns or transactions inconsistent with a User's profile may trigger additional verification requirements, temporary account restrictions, or reporting obligations.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount on n1jl is ₱200. Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method registered on your account, subject to the minimum amount and any applicable method-specific conditions.
6.2 n1jl targets processing times of under 5 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours, though actual transfer times depend on the receiving institution. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed service level commitments.
6.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. n1jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including where the User has not yet completed the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process or where a withdrawal request is flagged as unusual.
6.4 Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund the account where technically possible. n1jl reserves the right to apply this matching policy to prevent the circumvention of AML controls.
6.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus rounds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full. See Section 7 for bonus terms.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

8.1 Each game available on the n1jl platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n1jl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

10.1 n1jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where n1jl determines in its sole discretion that such action is necessary. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
10.2 In the event of account closure by n1jl for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons other than breach — for example, at the User's voluntary request — the remaining real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
10.3 Users may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting n1jl support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

14.2 n1jl will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Services.
14.3 n1jl retains account and transaction records in accordance with applicable Philippine data retention and anti-money laundering regulations. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to the support team.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

16.1 n1jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number registered on their account, or via a notice displayed on the n1jl platform.
16.2 The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the n1jl platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
16.3 n1jl may, at its sole discretion, determine the period of notice given before an amendment takes effect. Where an amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation, it may take effect immediately.
